You will begin with an Introduction to the Color, exploring its psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions. This foundation helps you understand how the color expresses itself within your life — where it flows freely and where it may be asking for attention or healing.

From there, you’ll be led through a Chakra Guided Meditation, allowing you to connect somatically and energetically with the color’s corresponding energy center. These meditations are designed to help you feel the color — not just imagine it — awakening awareness within the body and subtle field.

To deepen embodiment, you’ll engage in Exercises for Integrating Each Color — practical, reflective, and experiential practices that bring the ray into your daily awareness. These exercises support emotional processing, energetic balance, and conscious transformation.

You’ll also explore Exercises to Connect with the Alchemy of Each Color — creative and intuitive processes that allow the color to become a teacher. Through expression, movement, reflection, and imagination, each ray reveals insights uniquely personal to you.
