Hello blessed soul,
My name is Brandy Woods, and it's a pleasure to meet you. :)
I'm an old soul who came into this world ready to draw… I started 'painting' with nail polish when I was 2 or 3, and the walls of our first home were covered with my drawings. (The walls of my second, third, and fourth homes, as well…) It's been a driving need of my entire life 'to art', and I must follow the muse.
I have always been deeply and wildly spiritual, strongly influenced by my wonderful mother with her deep interest in Native American cultures, and family stories of a great-great-great-great-great grandmother who was Choctaw.
My spirituality is a unique one, as I take what works for me and discard what doesn't, weaving it all together into a wonderful, esoteric tapestry which is uniquely my own path, while respecting the origins of the original pieces.
In 2011, life took me from my native Louisiana to Montreal, in Canada. I fell in love, went back to school at 29, studying Illustration & Design at Dawson College and graduating with honors, top of my class, after an intense but wonderful 3 years. My priorities had slightly shifted... 2015 was a year of soul-searching and seeking, new paths, new opportunities, and new friendships.
There was much focus on developing my intuition, as Spirit had plans for me.
2016 brings me to my current place on the path: I have discovered that intuitive art, spirit guide portraits, and shamanic artwork – skills I was sitting around 'wishing I could do' – were already available to me. In a very short 2 weeks, a door opened, I stepped through, and when I paused for breath the door I had passed through was no longer anywhere to be seen. I had come a very long way in a very short time.
So here I am, very very honored to be on Our Psychic Art, and to be seen by You. I hope my gifts can help you on your own personal path.
With love & blessings, I hope to hear from you soon. :)
Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain.
