Upcycled frames that I found on my travels. I did not like the original paint colour but I love the resin Buddha and Hamsa so I have re-painted the frames with gold leaf liquid. I used the end of the paint pot where the liquid had become thick which worked well to create a really wonderful textured finish as I used stipple brush. Now they look like a million dollars! I added in some mandala doodles to each frame with a positive affirmation. You can switch these out for a small photo of your own if you wish.
"A Buddha is one who has attained Bodhi; and by Bodhi is meant wisdom, an ideal state of intellectual and ethical perfection which can be achieved by man through purely human means. The term Buddha literally means enlightened one, a knower.
The Hamsa Hand is an ancient Middle Eastern amulet symbolizing the Hand of God. In all faiths it is a protective sign. It brings its owner happiness, luck, health, and good fortune. The hamsa hand has a wide variety of different spellings which includes hamesh, hamsa, chamsa, and khamsa". [wiki]
