This is the shortened version of the 40min video that I use to start my WATER/DNA Workshops with it begins with a Open Eyes Awareness Meditation using the full video to focus on. The sun is rising over the beach at Bognor Regis which is where I was attending a weekends meditation class with Mark Webb back in October 2008 this early morning filming was a real life Open Eyes Awareness Meditation for me and the video only capture a fraction of this beautiful experience. The OM sound track bended in over the sound of the sea is "Be Still" by Rafael Szaban, this music was used throughout our weekends mediations and playing the video always takes me back to us "Sitting in the Power". Hopefully one day some of you will join me on a WATER/DNA Workshop and you can experience firsthand the full version and meditation. If you go back to Bognor I reccommend a visit to the sand dunes at Climping Beach across the river from Littlehampton. It's most amazing on a starry night when all is quiet, foxes and other magical creatures come out. Just a few miles east.
