When we tend to the flowers of our inner garden we are tending to our SELF. When we do this we see ourselves flourish and bloom from the inside out.
Tending to our inner gardens requires the same care that any garden needs to thrive. Pulling weeds, fertilizing, pruning and watering. Every weed that gets pulled, is a thought that no longer serves your highest good. Every time you fertilize you are nourishing positive thought patterns to support your growth and well-being. Every time you prune, you are checking in on thought patterns, pruning back the ones that won?t serve but are trying to take root. Every time you water your garden you are giving life to your mind, body and soul.
