Posted on April 30, 2019 at 2:50 PM Comments comments (0)

This Month of May (01st-31st) we will be accepting submissions for a Group Project Peace.

There is NO RUSH!!!

Plenty of time to focus and meditate on what Peace means to you at the present time?

Is it a Noun in your life or a Verb?

Peace can be a state of being or an act of Love.

Is it a state of mind or being, what does Peace Symbolize or mean to you in your life today?

Frankey Craig and I will be prompting you with Peaceful links, Art Prompts and Affirmations, maybe even a guided Meditation to touch base with the Roots of Peace with Each of us.

Mye's Mantra is going to be,

"Today I make Peace with (...?...). " and I will fill in the blank, and in my favorite Creative Medium of the day will Art it out.

I feel this process will help me work through my resistance to peace in aspects of my life.

So am looking forward to the challenge. Some times just the act of creating can generate the inner dialogue to bring about inner peace.

Taking the time to listen to your Heart and give it space to beat.

So take all the time you need feel free to ask questions!

Submissions will be accepted all month.

I think we will be making a fun video of our work together!

All formats welcome!!

Digital, Paint, music, fiber crafts, mixed media, you name it, don't be shy! If you aren't sure, please just message the group or myself or Frankey.

Peace and Love Maja Larson & Frankey Craig

Imbolc Blessings

Posted on February 2, 2018 at 11:45 AM Comments comments (0)

There is a woman in the artwork, holding a bowl, full of different flowers and plants, she is holding them up and offering them to you as a solution. She carries the knowledge of nature’s medicines. She knows which plants to use, which ones to combine and she is guided by the elemental realm. This woman is a symbolic representation of the Celtic Goddess Brigid. She comes as an inspiration, muse, healer, and diviner, Brigid's divine talents bring hope to you.

“I am She

that is the natural

mother of all things,

mistress and governess

of all the elements,

the initial progeny of worlds,

chief of the powers divine,

Queen of all that are in the otherworld,

the principal of them

that dwell above,

manifested alone

and under one form

of all the Gods and Goddesses’’.

- Lucius Apuleius

“The Feast Day of Brigid, known as Imbolc, is celebrated at the start of February, midway through the winter. Like the goddess herself, it is meant to give us hope, to remind us that spring is on its way.

The lessons of this complex and widely beloved goddess are many.

The Celtic goddess Brigid lends us her creativity and inspiration, but also reminds us to keep our traditions alive and whole. These are gifts that can sustain us through any circumstance.

Her fire is the spark of life’’. - http://www.goddessgift.com/goddess-myths/celtic-goddess-brigid.htm

"Message from Brigit: First, be quite clear about your intentions. If you are unclear, then confusion will lessen your power and force. Like a candle in the dark, be very clear and bright in what is acceptable to you in this situation. Make no mistake: I will guide and protect you. And yet, think of the un-paralleled rise in your own viewpoint if you are able to stand up for yourself, and speak up about your needs and your deepest truth! Now is the time to touch your power, for it’s heat and flame will ignite your passion, which will propel you forward in countless ways. Even in the face of fear, you can still stand up for your ideals and your truth. Be unwavering, and make your stand today!

Various meanings of this card: Be assertive. Do not worry about what others think. Trust that your actions will work out fine. Speak your truth. Stick to your opinions. Put your foot down.

About Brigit (pronounced BRIH-jet): Brigit is a Celtic triple-goddess, which means that she represents three aspects of woman: the young virgin, the nurturing and loving mother, and the crone/sage/wise woman. Brigit is a fiery goddess who tirelessly protects those who call upon her, and she is a feminine counterpart to Archangel Michael’s warrior energy. Brigit’s temple is in Kildare, Ireland. She is celebrated worldwide on February 1st, the ancient sacred day called “Imbolc,” which marks the beginning of spring time and increasing daylight.

This fiery redhead is encouraging you to take charge of your life with laser focus. Know exactly what your goals are and make a plan of action to get there, don’t back down. This is a card of confidence, of follow through and of decisiveness. No messing around, no second guessing. Tune in to your inner strength using your intuition. Use powerful affirmations to guide you and keep your focus strong. Don’t give up, know that you have Divine guidance and protection. Get out of your own way! Be receptive to Divine guidance. Spend at lease 3 min a day in open palm meditation receiving from your guides.

It’s so easy to get side tracked by ego and fear. To lose your nerve, second guess your direction and lose confidence in yourself. This is the time that you ask Brigit for help. You are not here to please everyone, there is always resistance when you start off in a new direction. Follow your heart and stand in your power as you go. You’ve got this!’’ - Goddess Card ~ Brigit

Practical Magic

Posted on January 31, 2018 at 11:25 AM Comments comments (0)

The name of the artwork is ‘Practical Magic’. I love that movie! I’m betting you do too!

“My darling girl, when are you going to realize that being normal is not necessarily a virtue? It rather denotes a lack of courage." - Aunt Frances” ― Alice Hoffman, Practical Magic

Normal is so overrated right?!

“Every single soul on this earth is unique and has something unique to bring to the rest of the world. In fact, it is your purpose to awaken inwardly and then to express that inward purpose outwardly’’. http://universoulawakening.com/why-normal-is-overrated/

You are a natural witch. Deeply intuitive, connected with nature and work in harmony with the elements. You are practical, down-to-earth, and do your magical workings in solitude. What makes you a natural witch is that you work with your intuition. Being a Witch is not something you needed to study.

For many years you have been learning through experience, gaining practical knowledge and I feel you have a lot of wisdom to share with others. You have the power to inspire.

“From the dawn of time, education has been in existence in one form or another. Societies knew early on that to survive knowledge and experiences must be passed onto future generations. By passing on this knowledge people could take what others learned then build upon it’’. https://www.bartleby.com/essay/The-Passing-on-of-Knowledge-to-Future-P3A6DPZVC

“Share your natural gifts with others. You are here to help humanity in a positive way. Refrain from sharing your personal intentions, now, as they will be easily influenced with other’s distorted energy.

You have the power to create and shine your light upon the world! Examine your thought patterns and energy and amplify your intentions. Positive thought and creativity will bring you closer to your goals, one step at a time. Intentions are everything right now! Focus your attention on seeing the magic in all things including the beauty residing in the darkness. Look towards the stars for guidance. Astrological influences are high now.

Manifest the power of energetic thought and investigate alchemic practices. This will assist you in understanding natural systems such as the elements, nature, medicine, astrology and life’s synchronicities. With the right mindset, you can create and manifest anything!” - Manifestation, from the Sacred Power Reading Cards, by Anna Stark

There are many symbols in this artwork, perhaps you will like to explore them or maybe you already have…. The two symbols I feel drawn to talk about are the triangle and the spiral.

“The triangle can symbolize how working together can unite people. They will use their traits that are the most strong ones they have. It can represent the process of development and getting to the highest point of a change that is spiritual. It can symbolize achieving dreams and ambitions’’.https://www.sunsigns.org/triangle-meaning/

The triangle is connected to number three. The trinity, which is all about movement, change and cycles.

With the movement of three, magic can really be born. All divine aspects of your awareness come into alignment with mind, body and spirit.

‘’ Angel Number 3 is an indication that your angels are trying to get your attention. The angels and Ascended Masters want you to follow your intuition and inner-wisdom so that you are able to take appropriate action/s at this time. Use your creative skills and abilities to manifest your desires and enhance your life and that of others. The angels encourage you to follow your life path and soul mission with optimism and enthusiasm.

When Angel Number 3 appears it suggests that your prayers and positive affirmations have been heard and are being responded to by the Universal Energies. Have faith that your goals and desires will manifest in your life in Divine right time. Trust your personal skills and talents and the love and support from the angels.

Angel Number 3 encourages you to be communicative and social with others and to live your life with joy, optimism and spontaneity”. - http://sacredscribesangelnumbers.blogspot.com/2011/06/angel-number-3.html

The spiral is an ancient symbol that speaks to your soul representing eternity, change/growth, and even the evolution or movement of the universe. The spiral is widely associated with the Goddess/Divine Feminine energy as well.

“Spirals are believed to represent movement through experiences in life. The Celts in particularly viewed this symbol as one of progressive development, growth and expansion as we make our journey towards the center and towards the light. At the spiral’s center is where we find spiritual balance and realize our deep connection to the eternal forces of nature and the universe.’’. - http://goldenageofgaia.com/2011/08/16/the-sacred-spiral-our-spiraling-journey-from-the-center-to-ascension/

Dahlia, the Fairy Queen

Posted on January 29, 2018 at 3:20 PM Comments comments (0)

The name of the artwork is ‘Dahlia, the Fairy Queen’. This beautiful fairy queen, named Dahlia comes with healing from the fairy realm and the medicinal energies of the Dahlia flower.

"The Dahlia you brought to our isle

Your praises forever shall speak

'Mid gardens as sweet as your smile,

And in colour as bright as your cheek."

-Lord Holland

“Dignity can be difficult to muster in many situations; graciously, however, the dahlia promotes a strong sense of dignity. It is the ideal flower to connect with when going into a challenging situation, which in modern life might be any time at all.

Dahlia is symbolic of Elegance and Dignity - The Dahlia is a native of South America, but is now extensively cultivated in Europe and North America”. - http://feritradition.org/grimoire/garden/dahlia.html

“The common garden variety dahlia was once an important root crop and medicinal plant among the pre-Columbian Indians of central Mexico, Yucatan and Guatemala. Its roots were valued both for the nutritious inulin stored inside them and for the antibiotic compounds concentrated in the skin of the tubers”. -  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3910964

“The Dahlia Flower’s Message Is… Celebrate what makes you different. Seek out the new pleasures in life and keep moving through the challenges instead of letting them hold you back. Discover what the world holds for you, and watch out for pitfalls along the way”. - http://www.flowermeaning.com/dahlia-flower-meaning/

Try working with Dahlia Flower Essence as it will assist your healing process greatly.

“Dahlia - Easing Extreme Emotional Stress, Restoring Optimism and Resilience. Dahlia is another very important flower essence for today's world, given the tremendous emotional pressure in the workplace, in relationships, in financial situations, and at school. This remedy improves emotional resilience and stamina, as well as stimulating positive feelings of faith, optimism, and confidence. It helps overly logical people integrate their emotions”. - http://sbquantumhealth.com/index.php?page=singles

The Dahlia Fairy Queen wraps you in a blanket of vibrant red, pink and golden energy. The vibrant red energies activate your base chakra and bring in a boost of energy! The golden energy activates your sacral chakra bringing in an uplifting joyful shift in your mood and the pink energy activates your crown chakra, opening you to higher consciousness and divine wisdom that will aid your understanding of your experiences and allow you to move forwards on your journey of life.

When you are feeling out of balance, mentally, emotionally, or physically, find a quiet place and call on Dahlia to heal your body, mind, and soul. Relax and enjoy. If you are sensitive to energy, you will feel a wonderful energetic massage that leaves you feeling refreshed and happy.

Alchemy of the Soul

Posted on January 22, 2018 at 8:45 AM Comments comments (0)

The name of the artwork is ‘Alchemy of the Soul’. Through the darkness, a great transformation is occurring. There are many layers to this image. Lots of activations and knowledge to integrate.

“In every heart there is an inner room, where we can hold our greatest treasures and our deepest pain.” — Marianne Williamson

What does your heart feel like right now? Is it heavy? A little broken? Your heart chakra is in need of some tlc.

There is no quick fix for a heart that is hurting. Time doesn’t heal but it will give you the space to learn new tools to continue living your new reality.

“Heart chakra pain is often associated with having a “broken heart,” from being let down in some way by someone you love or loved. Rejection, abuse, grief, trauma and loss are emotionally painful to experience and can leave an energetic imprint in the heart chakra’’. - www.chakras.info/heart-chakra-pain/

Please explore healing for the heart chakra. Even if it is only eating more green raw food, or even wearing the colour green to begin with. This will help to activate your healing process.

“Suppose you are impressed with a particular cloud in the sky. When it is time for that cloud to become the rain you won't see that cloud anymore and you will cry. But if you know that the cloud has been transformed into the rain and the rain is calling you, "Darling, I am here, I'm here," if you have that kind of capacity of recognizing the continuation of that manifestation, you don't have to live in despair and grief. That is why for those who have lost someone who is close to him or to her I advise that they look deeply within and see that the one who was close is still there, somehow, and with the practice of deep looking they can recognize his or her presence very close to him or to her. - Thich Nhat Hanh

“Sadness plays an essential role. It forces us to regroup—physically, cognitively, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. When we are sad, we instinctively turn inward. We withdraw. We slow down. It’s as if our soul presses the pause button and says, “Whoa, whoa, whoaaa. Time out. I need to acknowledge what’s happened here and really consider what I want to do next.”

This very ability to consider our own existence is, in fact, what defines us as human beings. Unlike other animals, we are self-aware. And to be self-aware is to feel sadness but also joy and timeless love.

I sometimes call the necessary sadness of grief “sitting in your wound.” When you sit in the wound of your grief, you surrender to it. You acquiesce to the instinct to slow down and turn inward. You allow yourself to appropriately wallow in the pain. You shut the world out for a time so that, eventually, you have created space to let the world back in.

While grief affects all aspects of your life—your physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual selves, it is fundamentally a spiritual journey. In grief, your understanding of who you are, why you are here, and whether or not life is worth living is challenged. A significant loss plunges you into what C.S. Lewis, Eckhart Tolle, and various Christian mystics have called “the dark night of the soul.”

Life suddenly seems meaningless. Nothing makes sense. Everything you believed and held dear has been turned upside-down. The structure of your world collapses.

The dark night of the soul can be a long and very black night indeed. If you are struggling with depression after a loss, you are probably inhabiting that long, dark night. It is uncomfortable and scary. The pain of that place can seem intolerable, and yet the only way to emerge into the light of a new morning is to experience the night. As a wise person once observed, “Darkness is the chair upon which light sits.” - centerforloss.com

"The deeper that sorrow carves into your being the more joy you can contain. Is not the cup that holds your wine the very cup that was burned in the potter's oven?"- Kahlil Gibran

Through this dark night, Alchemy of the Soul is happening.

“The study of alchemy is not just about turning lead (base into gold) but the return to consciousness in the alchemy of time’’. - Elli Crystal

“In Carl Jung’s work, he links alchemy with psychology, where alchemists are projecting their inner states towards external objects that are familiar to them. He notes the particular process in alchemy that correlates to the spiritual or psychological ones he used on his patients:

#1. Nigredo – the Blackening

The blackening is a stage of decomposition or breaking down of a matter into its prima materia. Spiritually it means to strip yourself until you are left with divine essence that is not linked to your physical self, much like baring your soul.

#2. Albedo – the Whitening

The purification process, albedo is to unite the irreconcilable opposites, like understanding your internal Yin and Yang. This step is to create a balance within your soul that was broken down during the blackening.

#3. Rubedo – the Reddening

The final step where you make the change permanent, once you are happy with things, it is time to make it real and final. Spiritually, it means to project your new soul outwards to the body. The outcome is a new person who is purified from the inside out.

In short, Soul Alchemy is a process of aligning the personality with the energy of the soul, and through the journey from unconsciousness to consciousness. This miracle development takes places within us, changing our mind and soul into something better. Soul Alchemy is proven by quantum physics that we create our own reality with our thoughts and beliefs. Hence the process starts with breaking down of our mind.

Our inbound thoughts and emotions affect our outward reality, as our perceptions and ideas shape things differently. We try to make ourselves better physically, but tend to forget about our soul or spiritual side. Currently, many try to make themselves feel powerful by making people around them less powerful, which is not healthy for the soul. If you feel empty of weak inside, it maybe your soul that is crying out for help.

There are many pathways into our inner world, Soul Alchemy is a well worn pathway that exists since Ancient Egypt. It is a journey to become more aware of how you experience your live. To be in touch to your subconscious, to find out if you are at the mercy of your unconscious beliefs. The first step in Soul Alchemy is the awareness about the existence of our souls. If you believe that you are unworthy and powerless, then the projected reality will be so. Once you are aware of the negative projection, you can start to initiate change.

Changing our belief pattern is the hardest part, but it is a necessary step to change our habitual thinking pattern and perception. Consciously changing our thoughts from negative to positive ones can be tricky, but it will get easier with constant practice. Our soul benefits greatly from this authentic empowerment. With a positive conscious thoughts, we can influence our unconscious thoughts deep within our souls.

Hence, Soul Alchemy is a way for you to heal your soul via exercises and constant practice, to purify your soul and take a journey towards perfection. Soul Alchemy is a helpful tool for those who are feeling tired spiritually, or feeling that the Universe is letting them down. Soul alchemy is a product of research and experience in human souls. Like the practitioners before us, it is not an easy process to undergo. The instructions might seem simple to perform, but it takes practice and perseverance to achieve a level of spiritual purification. It is a rewarding experience if you are successful’’. - sunsigns.org

“Those of us who quest for truth through the alchemy of time and consciousness, are the modern-day alchemists. They seek truth and ancient wisdom brought forth in today's reality through the language of symbols to come manifest into conscious thought. We are going through the alchemy of time and consciousness as we return to our natural state of light. We are currently going through a merge on many levels of body, mind and soul. This is linked to the ancient teachings of alchemy as a transformation from one reality to another where one finds 'eternal life'. The Alchemist is the Wizard - He who helps us transform.

Part of this alchemical experience links with seeing double digits such as 11:11 which trigger this change in our DNA cellular codings. 11 is the double helix - activation of DNA - evolution of consciousness”. - crystalinks.com

“The journey of the development of the ability of transmutation, is quite the journey to be on! First you awaken to the darkness that is in you, then you learn to accept it, then you learn to marry it with your light, and then, finally, you learn how to harness the dark energy through your bright energy in order to transmutate any darkness into brightness, into light and lightness. This is Soul Alchemy and sometimes it is thrust upon an individual and other times it is sought after by an individual. In any case, it is not an easy journey to surmount.” ― C. JoyBell C.

You are not alone on your journey. There are many in spirit and higher realms rooting for you and supporting your evolution. You hear their whispers, see them in your dreams and meditations, and you feel them in your heart when your mind is still and your breath is deep.

Go deeper with your heart healing during meditation.

“As we heal through meditation, our hearts break open to feel fully. Powerful feelings, deep unspoken parts of ourselves arise, and our task in meditation is first to let them move through us, then to recognize them and allow them to sing their songs”. - Jack Ornfeild

“Your grieving heart...

In the depths of your despair right now, you likely will not see the wisdom of the grief process. It's only later, in retrospect, that you'll realize how miraculously it swept you along toward a successful conclusion; providing just the right thing at just the time you needed it.

The message for you right now is this: trust the grief. As painful as this process is, grief is your friend and will guide you eventually and surely back to life”. - recover-from-grief.com

Bridge to the Angels

Posted on January 19, 2018 at 11:20 AM Comments comments (0)

You have a very active crown chakra. You are extremely sensitive and have a connection with the Angelic Realms.

You seek universal harmony and emotional balance. You are spiritual yet practical, encouraging and have a balanced and grounded outlook on life.

You incarnated to create harmony and balance in every aspect of life; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

You are committed to personal and spiritual development. This has strengthened your intuition and psychic ability while assisting you to experience a greater level of awareness and knowledge.

The title of the artwork is ‘Bridge to the Angels’. This is what you are! A bridge from Heaven to Earth. You are able to deliver important messages from Angels, and facilitate healing. You are helping many people on Earth by acting as a bridge. You are surrounded by so much love and light!

You will notice many hexagons in this artwork. Hexagons have 6 sides which is a good starting point for us to begin exploring, understanding and interpreting this geometry.

So, in numerology number 6 is about: “Communication, Interfacing, Balance, Union’’ [whatsyoursign.com]

“The number 6 is the 'Mother' number and is essentially a working, building number. It symbolizes responsibility and service which needs to be achieved through love, nurturing and protection. There is an innate desire within the 6 individual to bring harmony, peace, justice and truth to all experiences in life. 6 thrives on beauty and needs to be comfortable in all areas of their lives – emotionally, spiritually and physically”. [numerology-thenumbersandtheirmeanings.blogspot.com]

“The number six is aligned with the: Cube, Hexagon, and Hexagram. Each of these shapes is created from perfectly equal parts. This mirrors the underlying meaning of six as a symbol of perfect union, and the energetic emblem of soulful integration. I rather like the simplicity nature provides in our understanding of number six through the symbolic language of bees. Their labyrinth-like homes are neatly formed hexagons’’. [taniamarieartist.wordpress.com]

“To the ancient sages that incorporated the hexagon into their system of sacred geometry, the hexagon represented the potential for life. And the principles coded into the hexagon can literally transform your life’’. [mastermindcontent.co.uk]

I feel the overall message of the hexagon for you is about soul integration, creating balance and building a community of like-minded spirits to align with.

“The truth is, that whether online or offline, community can function as a bridge between your inner self and the greater world. Without this bridge, you cannot share your gifts and talents with the world. You cannot easily engage in the beautiful cycle of learning and teaching, and in the simple truth that we are often inspired to share and teach what we ourselves most need to hear and learn.

In addition, having a sense of community can sustain and and motivate you when things are going well in your life, and can offer strength, comfort and guidance during challenges. Although you may sometimes feel like it, you never really stand alone.

There is truth to the idea that communities used to be stronger, playing a much more obvious role in society. Survival depended on large groups of people working together, sharing, and carrying a portion of the burden for all. Roots where perhaps a little deeper and the sense of connection to people, place, and past was stronger. Today, the need isn’t really less, it’s simply shifted.

In this way, community is also a bridge between past, present, and future”. [ask-angels.com]

We all need a place where we can feel free to explore, learn and grow. Somewhere full of compassion and non-judgement. Where we can connect on a spiritual level with others who understand and support us.

You are being called to expand your consciousness to a collective level. Working with colour therapy will assist your shift of vibration.

“Before examining color and its healing implications, we must address a very important concept: that of cause and effect. True healing comes about when the cause of the condition or illness is addressed and transformed. If healing goes no further than a mere relief or masking of the symptoms, then, eventually, that which brought about the need for healing, in the first place, will resurface and manifest itself within the body in one form or another.

Body is an outward expression of that which is taking place within the mind, the soul (subconscious) , and the spirit (superconscious) of the individual. Thus, any healing technique which deals only with the physical body and the energy field of the individual tends to accomplish one thing: it jump starts the individual, so to speak, and gives him or her an added boost of energy. That energy boost then allows that person's own internal healing mechanism to become mobilized into greater activity.

Keeping this in mind, let us look at how color can help jump-start the tired or diseased body. Color healing, known as Chromotherapy, can be implemented in a number of ways. The ancients built great halls of color healing, where individuals entered and were bathed in light that was filtered through various colored glass panels or windows.

Energy (spiritual) healers often supplement their healing work with color healing. As they lay their hands on the patient, they mentally direct specific color rays into the patient's aura and body. Oftentimes, the color used is inspired by the superconscious.

In healing colors act as balancers: we administer the color(s) someone needs more of, or we give the opposite of the color someone has too much of”. [deeptrancenow.com]

The Angels would like you to work with the colour Gold.

“The color gold will help you tap into the ancient knowledge of your soul, and the angels who can help you gain access’’. [ask-angels.com/spiritual-guidance/angel-colors-using-color-to-invoke-your-angels]

“GOLD is the the ancient wisdom lying deep within the soul, an eternal seed planted eons ago, ready in this new age to sprout once again and usher forth the knowledge of the ancients. GOLD resonates at the Naval, Crown and the higher Chakras above the Crown’’. [energyandvibration.com]

Natures Numbers

Posted on January 17, 2018 at 2:35 PM Comments comments (0)

‘Natures Numbers’ is the title of this artwork. It has a very vibrant and creative energy, just like you. Full of life and potential.

You have a strong third eye. You see life at the most subtle of levels. Your eyes are like a magnifying lens that sees the smallest atoms and molecules that make up life.

You have an ancient connection with the Devas of Nature, they are also known as ‘nature's builders’.

“The kingdom of devas is a parallel evolution of substance or intelligence which relates to consciousness in such a way as to give substantial form and appearance to it’’. [The Nature of the Soul, Lucille Cedercrans, p. 394]

Honor and cherish the devas as they honor and cherish you;

through this honor and love you will attain the supreme good.

All human desires are fulfilled by the devas, who are pleased

by selfless service. But anyone who enjoys the things given

by the devas without offering selfless acts in return is a thief.

Bhagavad Gita 3:11-12

“The building devas are the Universal Mind ... they not only embody the Divine Thought but are that through which it manifests, and its actuating activity. They are essentially motion. The lesser builders are more particularly the material form, which is actuated, and in their cohorts are the substance of matter (considering substance as that which lies back of matter)”. [A Treatise on Cosmic Fire, Alice A. Bailey, p. 616–617]

You are connected to the building devas Universal Mind. You can expand your consciousness and connect with their teachings. All it takes is intention.

“Expansion. As we expand our consciousness with our correct thoughts and realize that there are no limitations in the Mind. There is an unlimited supply of energy for us to increase our awareness.

Abundance. This is just like an expansion. If there is only energy and it cannot be created or destroyed, then we have an unlimited supply of that energy to bring abundance to ourselves. We are just re-arranging that energy.

Receptivity. We must be receptive to the unlimited supply of energy that is ours to tap into. This goes back to the initial idea of surrender. And with us comes peace – beautiful peace.

Meditation. Staying at peace, replacing all negative thoughts with the understanding that the Universal Mind is an unlimited supply of energy and intention – these are the things that will raise our consciousness, keep the connection clean and bring us joy”. [Leona Henryson - learning-mind.com]

The devas of nature have the wisdom of nature’s patterns that they wish to share with you.

“In nature, we find patterns, designs and structures from the most minuscule particles, to expressions of life discernible by human eyes, to the greater cosmos. These inevitably follow geometrical archetypes, which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonances. They are also symbolic of the underlying metaphysical principle of the inseparable relationship of the part to the whole. It is this principle of oneness underlying all geometry that permeates the architecture of all form in its myriad diversity. This principle of interconnectedness, inseparability and union provides us with a continuous reminder of our relationship to the whole, a blueprint for the mind to the sacred foundation of all things created’’. [Sacred Geometry Introductory Tutorial by Bruce Rawles]

“The Fibonacci numbers are Nature’s numbering system. They appear everywhere in Nature, from the leaf arrangement in plants, to the pattern of the florets of a flower, the bracts of a pinecone, or the scales of a pineapple. The Fibonacci numbers are therefore applicable to the growth of every living thing, including a single cell, a grain of wheat, a hive of bees, and even all of mankind”. [Stan Grist]

All geometry relates to numbers. The best way to study the fundamental shapes of nature is to draw them yourself. Learn and play with the sacred geometry in your own way to understand how life creates. You will start to see that the shapes and numbers are building blocks that are literally the blueprint for everything in the universe.

“Learning more about Sacred Geometry and the ancient wisdom that is being rediscovered is one way to reconnect with the world around us. We are again looking at the basic building blocks and their perfection in our religion, art, spiritual practices and interactions with the world around us. It taps into the natural laws that have been and still are universal in this world. Sacred Geometry is also a way to heal, and to create beautiful and lasting art, architecture and design in our lives in a positive and balanced way”. [Caroline Nettle]

“Devas will communicate through telepathy or gentle nudges. They will send signals from nature – sudden sounds, rushes of wind or ripples in water. If you are not in harmony with nature, or if you disrespect it, or if your ego is in control, you are unlikely to be able to communicate with the devas. But if you sincerely and humbly offer to assist them as they maintain the Earth, they make their presence known. Watch for subtle mental pictures, gentle scents, soft touches or orbs of light. Meditate quietly with your eyes half closed and your other senses open to make a connection. You can then intuitively converse or dowse to discover exactly what the devas are asking you to do. Notice any impulses you may have and where your feet want to take you when visiting a site. The body often picks up the signals before the mind if we are alert to them”. [Judy Hall - Earth Blessings]

The orange energy offers it’s healing qualities to you. You can support this healing by introducing more orange fruit and vegetables to your diet, perhaps wearing orange clothes, doing orange meditations or working with some orange crystals.

“Orange energy is balance, strength, and sustenance. It is the building block of physical growth and development. Orange represents the developmental stage when we learn to walk and we explore our world.

It is also the color of fall and letting go. Sacral chakra color orange reminds us that a part of us must die in order to create space for something new.

Orange energy is very spiritual because it helps to convert subtle energy (prana or chi) into energy that can be used by the body. So, with orange, there is a very close connection and synergy between physical and spiritual levels’’. [chakraanatomy]

Natures Knowledge

Posted on January 16, 2018 at 1:00 PM Comments comments (0)

The title of the artwork is ‘Nature's Knowledge’ and it is just feeling of all the healing energy vibes that nature brings us. There is nothing nature can’t heal. It energizes your mind, body and spirit.

“Nature is the source of all true knowledge. She has her own logic, her own laws, she has no effect without cause nor invention without necessity” [Leonardo da Vinci]

You have a deep connection with nature that goes back many lifetimes. You have walked this earth many times, in many bodies and still carry that knowledge within your DNA. Shaman, Medicine Woman, Druid, Nature Spirit. You have been so many. Your DNA is a blueprint that is storage for all kinds of information.

“Our DNA is therefore our personal blueprint and as such holds all our mental, physical, emotional and Spiritual information. The original Human Being had 12 Strands of DNA actively working and maintaining full function of the Human as a Spiritual Being. With our over preoccupation with left brained thinking and the closing down of our heart centers, these ‘extra’ DNA strands have been lost. The consequences of this loss are that we live in a spiritually deficient society and our intuitive and healing abilities have been hugely reduced. It has also resulted in us only accessing and using a very small part of our brains.

The human body is the most valuable thing we will ever own. It stores and holds a wealth of information, wisdom and knowledge on every aspect of ourselves, our world and all of life. Combinations of intelligence are stored within the Human and a great amount of data is stored inside the body. Inside our bodies are the formulas required to replicate other forms of intelligence throughout the Universe”. [Kate Spreckley-spiritpathways.co.za]

You are one of the Earth's healers, you are being activated to remember lifetimes of healing knowledge, a history of Earth's medicines is in the process of being embodied. Perhaps you have already been studying holistic medicines? Perhaps you are thinking of learning a new modality to compliment your knowledge? Perhaps you want to teach it?

“Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. The practice of holistic medicine integrates conventional and alternative therapies to prevent and treat disease, and most importantly, to promote optimal health. This condition of holistic health is defined as the unlimited and unimpeded free flow of life force energy through body, mind, and spirit.

Holistic medicine encompasses all safe and appropriate modalities of diagnosis and treatment. It includes analysis of physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional, spiritual and lifestyle elements. Holistic medicine focuses upon patient education and participation in the healing process”. [ahha.org]

Does this interest you? I feel healing is something you are passionate about and with this Divine Knowledge you are assisting humanity to get back to their roots. You are helping others to remember how abundant and resourceful nature is. What a precious gift that has been bestowed upon us all and how all of our basic human requirements have already been provided for by Mother Nature herself.

The healing energies of the Green Ray are working with you. You will receive all of its benefits.

“Green. Healing properties: Green is the color of Nature and the earth. It is balance and harmony in essence and possesses a soothing influence upon both mind and body. It is neither relaxing nor astringent in its impact. Green can be used for just about any condition in need of healing”. [deeptrancenow.com]

The healing properties of green are diverse, it links with and stimulates the Heart Chakra. Green affects blood pressure and all conditions of the heart. It has both an energizing effect and a moderating or soothing effect.

It cures hormonal imbalances. Stimulates growth hormone and rejuvenation. Cleans and purifies from germs, bacteria and rotting material. Harmonizes the digestion, stomach, liver and gall. Has a healing effect on kidneys. Increases immunity. Builds up muscles, bones and tissues. Stimulates inner peace. Strengthens the nervous system.

Because it is a combination of both yellow and blue, this energy brings growth, compassion, unconditional love, openness, forgiveness, acceptance and contentment.

Use it for nurturing, generosity, harmony, assertiveness and to help heal loss’’. [healing-journeys-energy]

You can support your healing process right now by working with green energy. Eating more green food, perhaps wearing the colour green or using green crystals and green colour meditations. The best way to really absorb some green energy is to go for a nice long walk in nature, somewhere far away from the hustle and bustle of life where you can be in solitude with the trees and grass.

This is your activation to learn, grow, expand and evolve your holistic healing journey. May it bring you wisdom and knowledge to share with future generations.

Sacred Path

Posted on January 15, 2018 at 12:55 AM Comments comments (0)

The title of the artwork is ‘Sacred Path’ but the first thing I want to speak about is all that BLUE energy!!!! I tried to introduce other colours but it just didn’t flow when I did that. This is all about the throat chakra being activated and the healing energy of the colour blue.

“Healing properties of blue is cooling, electric, astringent. Dr. Edwin Babbitt, in his classic, "The Principles of Light and Color," states that "The Blue Ray is one of the greatest antiseptics in the world."

Blue is the color of the Aquarian age, it combats fear and belong to the throat. It is therefore a communication by voice color helping you to speak your truth.

If you need a promotion at work, or just an extra cuddle from someone choose to wear it and it will help you to speak for yourself and be heard.

The color of safety, rest and relaxation and also a very good general healing color.

Regarded as the spirit of truth, go with the flow - the truth will always set you free.

Blue is peaceful and soothing. It calms tired nerves, alleviating the agony and pain we suffer from physical stress. It has a pacifying effect over our nervous system and brings us great relaxation.

Blue is linked to the Throat Chakra which controls the throat, thyroid, parathyroid, lungs, mouth. The throat chakra is often referenced as the "power center" and "the greatest center in the body" because it is the primary center of expression and communication, through speech. Blue allows for the freedom of expression, both verbally and artistically.

It helps with the easy flow of communication either with other people or listening to your own thoughts and feelings.

Offers reliability, gentleness, kindness, integrity, honesty, loyalty, endurance and commitment”. [healing-journeys-energy.com]

This is an activation of higher spiritual energy for your throat chakra and it is giving you the power for full expression of SELF. You are being encouraged to authentically express your truth and commit to it. This is a gateway to a higher consciousness.

“The throat chakra is also associated with the subconscious state of mind or the dream state. The chakra gains access to your dream state and allows you to see dreams clearly.

When the chakra is in balanced and its energy is enhanced, the chakra improves your psychic abilities related to hearing called clairaudience.

When balanced, the throat chakra allows you to take responsibility for your actions, to be strong, courageous, and self confident”. [reikirays.com]

"Symbols are keyholes to doors in the walls of space, and through them man peers into Eternity...Symbolism, then, is the divine language, and its figures are a celestial alphabet”. [Manly P. Hall]

In the background of the artwork we see a multidimensional Labyrinth with infinite possibilities. This is the joy of our individual journeys! Which path will you take? Where will it lead you? How quickly can you get to the centre/reach your goal? The choice to enter a labyrinth affirms traveling a spiritual path.

The JOY is the journey, NOT the destination! The joy is the experiences we have along the way to our goals, the people we meet, the places we go, the wisdom we gain. Sure, the goal, when reached is an awesome feeling but it is fleeting because we usually wish to continue our growth and create new goals.

“The Hopi Indians of North America had a symbol for Mother Earth known today as the “Classical Seven-Path Labyrinth.” It was this symbol of the Mother which identified the sacred in nature – that spiraling form found throughout nature. Labyrinths were woven into objects to personify man’s connection to his source and were often placed at sacred places in nature to remind him of this union. When one walks the labyrinth it is in recreating this very ancient expression of thanks and remembrance of the divine in all things”. [Kathy Doore for labyrinthina.com]

The labyrinth is a metaphor of your souls spiritual journey in life, death and rebirth.

“Keep walking, though there’s no place to get to.

Don’t try to see through the distances.

That’s not for human beings. Move within,

but don’t move the way fear makes you move.

Walk to the well.

Turn as the earth and the moon turn,

circling what they love.

Whatever circles comes from the center.”

Walking or drawing the Labyrinth allows us to focus our thoughts and gain clarity and insight about our personal and professional lives. The Labyrinth has the ability to quiet the mind, soothe the soul, and mend the heart. The Labyrinth can also provide the opportunity to re-vision goals, assess talents and abilities, make decisions, and evaluate progress.

"We shall not cease from exploration

And the end of all our exploring

Will be to arrive where we started

And know the place for the first time"

[T.S. Eliot]

You are walking your own path through the labyrinth of life. Although the path is long and winding, you are fully supported and there is no wrong way. This is your Sacred Path. Your Creative Expression. Your Personal Journey.

Dance with the Devas

Posted on January 12, 2018 at 10:45 AM Comments comments (0)

This healing art and reading is being provided to help you shift to a higher octave of vibration. This healing will be received on a subconscious level, thus triggering the appropriate actions to unfold for you to recognize, acknowledge and release or integrate.

I love the energy and colours of this image, it is playful and magical to behold, it beckons us all to the childlike joy within.

Truly allow yourself to explore the artwork, there are many layers and dimensions within the image. It is very good for your third eye to sit and meditate with the art.

I feel your inner child calling out to you, she wants to dance, let her hair down a bit, she wants to play and to have fun in the forest.

It is time to tap into the devic kingdom to restore your connection with the child within.

Devas are a highly evolved type of nature spirit. They have a presence at the astral level as well as on some of the planes above.

"Devas, in Hinduism and Buddhism, are exalted beings of various types. The term 'deva' in Sanskrit means "shining one." Hinduism recognizes three types of devas: mortals living on a higher realm than other mortals, enlightened people who have realized God, and Brahman in the form of a personal God. In Buddhism, devas are gods who live in the various realms of heaven as rewards for their previous good deeds, but they are still subject to rebirth. Madame Helena P. Blavatsky, co-founder of the Theosophical Society, introduced to the West her own conception of devas. She proclaimed them to be types of angels or gods that were progressed entities from previous planetary periods. They came to earth before the elementals and human beings, and would remain in the state of dormancy until a certain human evolutionary stage was reached. Then the devas would join with the elementals to help further the spiritual development of mankind. Presently devas are more commonly thought of as nature spirits. They are invisible to most people, except those possessing the psychic ability of clairvoyance. They are said to communicate through means of clairaudience and meditation. There seems to be a cooperative partnership between devas and human beings which has attracted attention in this time of increasing ecological consciousness. This partnership was discovered in the produce of Findhorn in Scotland and Perelandra in Washington, DC. It seems that devas are the `architects" of nature. A deva is assigned to every living thing, even the soil. They are the blueprint designers for all living things, and control all necessary energies for growth and health. At the two above mentioned facilities, it is said devas dispense information on planting, fertilizing, watering, and general plant care. Devas seem very astonished and disturbed about man's destruction of the environment. But, they remain willing to work with people who strive to understand the intricacies and harmonies of nature." [themystica.com]

The Devas invite you to Dance with them to awaken your Sacral Chakra. The Sacral Chakra is your passion and pleasure centre and it is located in the pelvic area. While the Root Chakra is satisfied with survival, the 2nd chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment.

“The gift of this chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations.

The second chakra is the centre of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy, and connection.

The energy of this chakra allows you to let go, to move, and to feel change and transformation occurring within your body. It allows you to experience this moment as it is, in its own fullness.

The main challenge for the second chakra is the conditioning of our society. We live in a society where feelings are not valued, where passion, and emotional reactions are being frowned upon. We are being taught not to "loose control". And we get disconnected from our bodies, our feelings.

As if this was not enough, we also experience the wounds of our collective cultural struggles over many sexual issues of our society. On one hand sexuality is magnified and glorified, and on the other hand it is rejected. This results in either blocked or excessive second chakra issues.

No wonder we have so many issues with our passion centre, the wellspring of feelings, enjoyment, and sensuality.

Do you love your body? Do you enjoy feeling your body? When was the last time you walked barefoot on the grass and felt the sensation of ground underneath your feet?

The sacral chakra is also your centre of creativity. Passion is the fuel of creative energy. Everything you create, a poem, a drawing, or a website, originates from the energy of second chakra. It is also where your fertility originates. After all, conceiving a child is a creative process". [chakra anatomy]

"If you have ever suffered from inhibitions and lack confidence in your own sensuality, you may benefit greatly from exploring your sacral chakra." [Natalie Southgate]

“The sacral chakra is connected to our creativity, our flow. That there exists this connection between emotion, sensuality, and creativity, makes perfect sense to me. Making a conscious intention to revitalise our sensuality creates a shift into joy, and as a result we find ourselves smiling more, singing, feeling lighter. Feeling in the flow of our energy.

What makes you smile? What makes you happy? What makes your heart sing? What are you passionate about? Is there any reason not to follow your bliss? For many of us the secret to success in life lies in following our bliss and doing what we love, living in alignment with our natural gifts and talents.

Dance is a wonderful way to reconnect with our own sweet place. In traditional cultures dance is used as an important part of their ritual practice, as well as for the emotional and spiritual release it provides. Dance literally puts our energy into motion, releasing emotion, awakening our senses, freeing up tension in our body and connecting us with the deep essence of our spirit”. [chakradance.com]

Great excitement and joy will fill your soul, leaving you feeling invigorated when you Dance with the Devas.

Spiritual ReBirth

Posted on January 11, 2018 at 1:45 PM Comments comments (0)

The first layer of the artwork is of the ocean, the second layer, the milky way galaxy. The message behind these layers is that they are connected to each other, as above, so below.

“As above, so below. As within, so without. As the universe, so the soul.” [The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean]

The third layer is the moon, representing its influence on the Universe, on you. Everything is connected, we are all flowing with each other in an infinite ocean of ONENESS.

You are a deeply sensitive, intuitive and empathic Being and have a connection to the element of Water.

“Water is a feminine element, it also the element of emotion and subconscious, of purification, intuition, mysteries of the self, compassion and family. It is psychic ability; water can be used as a means of scrying or as an object for meditation.”[The White Goddess]

Being so connected to the water element without a doubt will sync you with the cycles of the moon.

“Astrologically speaking the moon is ruler of the sign of Cancer and governs the realm of intuitive thinking as well as emotions. The moon is a symbolic soul mate to water, and shares this affinity with Cancer as we learn Cancer's foundational element is water.

Symbolic Moon Facts meaning of moon Understandably, most nocturnal creatures are powerfully connected to moon symbolism.

In animal symbolism, the moon shares an association with water (and her influence over the tides) makes her matron of all sea creatures - specifically those with shell coverings.

Her domain doesn't stop at the sea however, because the moon is also queen of the night, her kingdom includes all nocturnal creatures too. But as with everything else in symbolism, this is not an exclusive rule”. [whats your sign]

Can you identify with the water and luna energies?

Ensure you are in touch with the moon's phases, this will help to guide you in your own life and your natural cycles. Observe yourself, your life around the phases of the moon. Perhaps start a lunar journal.

“The phases of the moon serve as another glimpse into her intricate meanings.

Waning Moon: Symbolic of letting go, surrender, release, quiet time, contemplation, and a time of incubation.

New Moons: Symbolic of new beginnings, a fresh start, rebirth

Waxing Moon: Symbolic of growth, manifestation, attainment, gravidity (heavy with child - both philosophical and literal).

Full Moon: Symbolic of the height of power, the peak of clarity, fullness and obtainment of desire”. [Whats Your Sign]

Your Soulmate will be the zodiac sign of Cancer. This person will be very loyal to you and will share many of the same deeply intuitive and sensitive traits as you. Have you met your Soulmate?

To attract your Soulmate, it takes some inner works which must start off with you learning to accept and value yourself first. Be in love with you and you begin to have a good relationship with yourself.

Learning to love yourself is part of your Spiritual ReBirthing. And, as you rebirth yourself, you will remember and reconfigure your most fundamental beliefs and behaviors to ones that heal and support you.

All flowers have healing properties. You may work with flower essences or wish to explore them. The flower in the artwork is a Purple Water Lily which will gently assist you with opening channels of communication with your higher self for there is no better Guide to have.

“Similar to the Lotus, the Purple Water Lily flower essence gently assists in the process of spiritual rebirth. Having a profound effect on the crown and brow chakras, the flower remedy assists with opening channels of communication with one’s higher self, as well as with vast, unseen worlds by enabling the human body to absorb higher light frequencies”. [power flower essences]

The water nymph weaves beautiful webs of light, she lifts the veil of illusion, offering you vision and insight.

The planets and stars above are a mirror and a map for us to assist us in taking personal responsibility for our actions, and making a conscious and spiritual effort to release fear.

Knowing yourself brings harmony and balance. And when we suppress or ignore the shadow, it will manifest externally. Then we attract people and circumstances that reflect us: we’re drawn to people who have what we think we don’t have, or we create difficulty so we have to ultimately look at the dark side.

“What we call civilized consciousness has steadily separated itself from the basic instincts. But these instincts have not disappeared. They have merely lost their contact with our consciousness and are thus forced to assert themselves in an indirect fashion. This may be by means of physical symptoms in the case of a neurosis, or by means of incidents of various kinds, or by unaccountable moods, unexpected forgetfulness, or mistakes in speech… modern man protects himself against seeing his own split state by a system of compartments. Certain areas of outer life and of his own behavior are kept, as it were, in separate drawers and are never confronted with one another”. [Carl Jung]

What part of your shadow needs confronting in order for you to love yourself more and move forward? By working through your unconscious mind you will be able to identify and then to help it heal. After you do this you will experience a calmness and a new sense of tranquility which will allow more positive things to come to you.

Go with the ebb and flow, be fully present in each moment and trust yourself to go with the natural highs and lows of life.

Give yourself Time

Posted on January 10, 2018 at 3:55 PM Comments comments (0)

The first layer of the artwork was the beautiful sky with lovely white fluffy clouds and the sun beaming high up in the distance.

The message of the clouds is that they are very much like thoughts. Clouds take on many forms, some are light and fluffy and some look really quite freaky. Clouds are transient, they come and go, just as thoughts do. Sometimes a cloud will fill the sky and block the sun just as a bad thought can cloud our vision. Trying to control our thoughts is like trying to control the cloud, it is best to simply wait for the thought to pass, this then frees up lots of energy. It’s so easy to focus on the clouds and forget about the sky. Imagine, you are the sky and the clouds are your thoughts, this way we get to practice observing our thought patterns, from a higher place, without feeling so attached to them. Allow all the dark clouds to just float through your awareness and into the distance.

“I am burdened with what the Buddhists call the ‘monkey mind’ — the thoughts that swing from limb to limb, stopping only to scratch themselves, spit and howl.”

- Elizabeth Gilbert, Eat, Pray, Love -

“The route of true happiness, the Buddha argued, was to achieve a visceral understanding of impermanence, which would take you off the emotional roller coaster and allow you to see your dramas and desires through a wider lens. To truly tame the 'monkey mind' and defeat our habitual tendency toward clinging, meditation was the prescription, and sitting and actively facing the 'voice in your head' mindfully for a few minutes a day might be the hardest thing you'll ever do. Accept that challenge and improve your life drastically. It's about mitigation, not alleviation. It's that simple. The only way out is through.”[Dan Harris, 10% Happier: How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works]

The Buddhists prescribe meditation and as the title of this artwork explains ‘‘Give yourself Time’’. Meditation is an ongoing endeavour, we circle in and out and that is great because we know we have that tool when we need it. Perhaps your meditation is art, gardening, yoga or something else. It’s time to give yourself the space to get back to your favourite meditations.

The fairy seated within the flower, up in the clouds is a symbolic representation of you and your need for some peace, tranquility and calm. You may not get this in your outer world but this fairy conveys the message that you can find that serenity in your own inner world.

The artwork offers you some energy healing with the colour blue.

Blue is peaceful and soothing. It calms tired nerves, alleviating the agony and pain from physical stress. It has a pacifying effect over our nervous system and brings great relaxation.

“Blue is linked to the Throat Chakra which controls the throat, thyroid, parathyroid, lungs, mouth.

[Healing Journeys]

There are lots of butterflies in the artwork., they have come to remind you of the more beautiful things in life, those fluffy white clouds and joyful things. They ask you: -

What changes are you needing to make to live more in alignment with your authentic truth?

What could you do to live with more joy and freedom?

What could you do that would light up your soul and invoke a sense of joy and wonder?

The butterflies encourage you to transcend. You have the power to make a choice, to pick your own path and shape your own destiny. You are capable of re-sculpting your mind, body and spirit.

Ancient Patterns

Posted on January 9, 2018 at 5:20 PM Comments comments (0)

The title of the artwork is ‘Ancient Patterns’ and the very first layer in this image is of Stonehenge, Wiltshire, England. I feel you have a past life that is connected to this area.

During that past life you honoured the Earth as a living entity. You believed she was our Mother and were part of the civilizations who built megalithic structures on the Earth's vortexes to work with the natural energy centres of the planet.

Just as we have energy centres, so does the Earth and on the sacred site of Stonehenge is the vortex of the Heart Chakra. This chakra connects the lower chakras to the higher ones and is very important in your spiritual healing and evolutionary development.

You are a natural healer and have the ability to work with energy. ENERGY is where the mystical and scientific worlds collide with each other. Energy flows through everything and creates everything. Even our thoughts and emotions are energy. Their frequencies are all set at different vibrations and determine what octave you will vibrate.

Genetically woven into your DNA are the ancient memories of the past. This is represented by the flower of life geometry in the artwork. The flower of life pattern is in everything and can be seen in the way a DNA strand is formed by looking at the cross-section.

What patterns are woven into your life?

What negative pattern have you been facing?

What messages do you think the universe or your subconsciousness is trying to send you with this pattern?

What are you going to do about them?

Receive these questions, internalize them, integrate them, and explore them.

There is ancient wisdom tucked within your DNA that can be activated by sound and vibrations. Using ancient mantras, and listening to binaural beats that have specific frequencies will begin to heal you at a cellular level. According to Dr Leonard Horowitz, the 528 Hz frequency has the ability to heal DNA.

The woman in the artwork has her eyes closed and hands in prayer position. She is a symbolic representation of you. She prays to the divine and the divine responds with an old Irish Prayer:

May the road rise up to meet you

May the wind be always at your back

May the sun shine warm on your face

May the moon glow soft upon your door

And the rain fall soft upon your fields

And until we meet again,

May the Goddess bless

And hold you in her loving arms.

[Old Irish Prayer]

She is wearing the colours Red and Blue which are complementary to each other.

The colour red symbolizes your base chakra, physical body, heart and circulation. Red is the densest colour, it creates the most friction. Friction attracts or repels; money worries or obsessions; anger or unforgiveness; anxiety or nervousness.

The colour red resonates with the number 1. “Angel Number 1 is a reminder from your angels that we are all connected and we are all associated by our thoughts.

Angel Number 1 asks you to be aware of your thoughts and focus upon your true heart’s desires so that they are able to positively manifest your desires into your life. Do not focus on your fears and what you don’t want as these can also manifest.

Angel Number 1 encourages you to look to new beginnings, opportunities and projects with a positive and optimistic attitude as these are appearing in your life for very good reason. Your angels want you to achieve and succeed with your desired goals and aspirations so do not hesitate in taking positive steps and striving forward. Do not allow fears, doubts or concerns to hold you back from living and serving your Divine life purpose and soul mission.

Angel Number 1 also encourages you to take up challenges with total faith and trust in yourself and the Universal Energies’’. {sacredscribesangelnumbers]

The colour blue symbolizes your throat chakra. You are caring, loving, love to help others, sensitive and deeply intuitive.

The colour blue resonates with number 5. “Angel Number 5 brings a message from the angels that important life changes are upon you and these changes will bring about many positive opportunities for you. The angels ask that you look upon these changes with an optimistic and positive attitude as they are destined to bring you many long-term benefits. Remember to be grateful for the auspicious opportunities ahead of you.

When Angel Number 5 appears it is a message to do with your health and wellbeing. Your angels are helping you to make positive, healthy lifestyle choices and changes that will enhance and benefit you in many ways; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Rest assured that your angels love, support and encourage you through these transitions, and if feeling any fears, ask for angelic guidance any time you feel the need.

Angel Number 5 tells you that only you know your true heart’s desires, and only you can fulfil your own destiny in your own unique way”. [sacredscribesangelnumbers]

When red and blue are combined we have purple. Purple combines the deep blue of devotion with a trace of stabilizing and objective red. Purple is cool, electric, and astringent. It links with and stimulates the brow chakra (third eye) and controls the pineal gland. It governs both physical and spiritual perception; that is, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. Thus, it can be of great assistance in dealing with ailments of the eyes and ears, as well as assisting in problems or conditions related to mediumship. The purple energy connects you to your unconscious self, and gives you the experience of being part of the whole universe. Strengthens intuition, imagination, psychic powers, and increases dream activity. This will be a great colour for you to work with. Wear purple clothes, eat purple food, work with purple crystals, do purple meditations, think purply thoughts!

Last but not least, the final layer in the artwork is of the Pleiades star cluster, aka Seven Sisters. You have a connection with this star cluster that goes back eons. You are ready to know yourself as more than just a singular human living in a singular lifetime. You are ready to expand and into a multidimensional experience. By exploring and remaining open, it is always possible to reach beyond yourself for enlightenment, higher wisdom, and guidance.

“Awareness brings realization. Realization causes an awakening. Awakening brings us to an in-Lightened state. In the Light, you will find your truth….and finally you will know the power is within YOU”.

-Comes The Awakening: Realizing The Divine Nature of Who You Are-

Angel Aura

Posted on January 9, 2018 at 10:55 AM Comments comments (0)

The artwork title was clear from the very start, ‘Angel Aura’ as the first layer in the image is of an angel aura quartz crystal. Although these crystals have been artificially enhanced by modern techniques they have become a very popular tool for expanding consciousness and because of this crystals high frequency it is a powerful healer for the physical and spiritual body. If you don’t have one in your collection, this is your nudge to get one! In the meantime, I believe this artwork contains the same healing frequencies as the angel quartz crystal.

There are many types of Aura Quartz. Angel Quartz is also known as Opal Quartz - “Clear Quartz bonded with Platinum; creates a pearly sheen with pale rainbow iridescence. Opal Aura has a very intense, strong energy that cleanses the aura, and stimulates, balances and clears all chakras, integrating the light body into the physical dimension. It allows access to one’s personal etheric realm where information concerning balance for this life cycle is presented. It is a crystal of joy, and like a rainbow, signifies hope and optimism. It facilitates a deep state of meditative awareness, grounding the information received into the physical body, and inspires a total union with the divine and cosmic consciousness. Opal Aura is also a stone of romance and love, and can bring both into one’s life. It is highly beneficial in healing hurt and trauma, for multi-dimensional healing, and is an efficient receptor for programming. It may be used for cleansing and enhancing the organs, boosting the immune system, and for bringing the body into balance. It is also thought to soothe burns”. [Melody En, 654][Hall, 231][Hall En, 93]

The Angel that you see in this image is a representation of you. She has an open heart, arms wide open to embrace whatever comes her way and she radiates so much white light that I had to get her to turn it down, otherwise, she would just be a silhouette to us.

This prompts the question, are you dimming your light so that you are not too bright for others? Are you afraid that it will make others feel uncomfortable if you expand?

Here is your reminder not to allow anyone, ever, to clip your beautiful wings. You are here to show others how fly.

You are surfing on a purple feather! Cool, huh?! She looks fully ‘present’. She is mastering the ability to go with the flow, ride the waves of life and trust the natural ebb and flow.

The symbolic message in the purple feather is an acknowledgment of your psychic abilities. You are being called on for Spiritual Service and Visionary Leadership within the world. Poke, poke. Nudge, nudge!!!

By shining more Divine Light through your life experiences, you're then able to overflow the blessings of the Divine into the Earth and all of its inhabitants.

Love and desire are the spirit's wings to great deeds.

- Johann Wolfgang von Goethe -

You are not alone on this mission or journey, you have friends in high places. There are some orbs travelling with you, who are very wise and have a lot of information to share with you. I feel these are spirit guides, here to help you raise your vibration and enhance your healing and psychic abilities.

The colour purple will be beneficial to you. Wear purple clothes, eat purple food, work with purple crystals, do purple meditations, think purply thoughts!

First, the colours I have chosen are in the warmer end of the spectrum. Oranges, golds and yellows all have healing qualities to them.

Orange - Connects to your womb area. Also, known as your Sacral Chakra. “The organs to which this chakra relates are uterus, large bowel, prostate, ovaries and testes.

On the psycho-spiritual level, this chakra relates to self respect. That is to say having the ability to give yourself the freedom to be yourself and to respect your own boundaries and requirements and, by the same token, having respect for the boundaries of others.

Orange is the colour of creativity and you should give yourself the space to have creative ‘ME’ time just for you”. [colourtherapyhealing]

Try introducing more orange fruits and veggies to your diet to help to rebalance your sacral chakra.

Yellow - Connects to your stomach area. Also, known as your Solar Plexus Chakra. “The organs to which this chakra relates are the liver, spleen, stomach and small intestine. The endocrine gland is the pancreas.

On the psycho-spiritual level, yellow relates to self worth. How you feel about yourself and how you feel others perceive you. This is the area of the personality, the ego and the intellect and of self confidence”. [colourtherapyhealing]

I encourage you to look for a yellow crystal to help to rebalance your solar plexus chakra. I also encourage you to build more confidence by stepping out of your comfort zone a little more. That is a very brave thing to do and the confidence found it going beyond what you think you can do is priceless. You will be amazed at what you can achieve.

Gold - is the colour of wisdom and enlightenment. You are currently at a point on your journey where it is time to evolve yet again. With all of the experience of the past and the opportunities of the present you are set to learn much more.

I choose a woman in meditation pose to represent you. Her body is filled with this beautiful intricate mandala pattern to represent all of the connections that you have in the life. All these connections go deeper than just your friends and family though. You are connected to everything on this planet and beyond. To nature and to the stars above. There is much more to life than just our immediate surroundings. A huge picture to see.

“We are all connected; to each other, biologically. To the earth, chemically. To the rest of the universe atomically. We are not figuratively, but literally stardust.”

[Neil DeGrasse Tyson]

I felt like I wanted this woman in a relaxed meditation pose to represent the need for rest and rejuvenation. To honour this for yourself. I understand with life's busy schedules it is so easy to be doing something all of the time but when we do this, we give all of the time and get nothing back for ourselves, we get drained, burnt out and resentful. This is when we begin to understand the importance of boundaries and solitude.

There is a beautiful winter tree behind you in the background of the image. It’s totally bare right now but we know that what is bare in nature will surely become full again. It is just in a transitional state at present. A time of rest, rejuvenation and renewal so that it may rebirth again.

We all experience seasons, just as the tree does. I feel that this reading is sharing that you are about to start something new, but use this quieter time to reflect and truly think about what you will birth this year? It doesn’t have to be a child and at the same time, if you feel that is your journey then this is right for you. Also, to birth could be a project, a new aspect of yourself, or something you will learn….. You can use your creative energy in whatever way feels right for you. Listen to your heart and honour its guidance.

Expect only the best. A Turquoise Angel Feather has been given to you to represent GOOD LUCK. This can come in many forms! There is a synchronistic chain of events that will come that have a positive outcome for you.

Chakra Meditation Mandala

Posted on December 27, 2017 at 5:15 PM Comments comments (0)

I am so happy that the inspiration to do a Chakra painting came through. I wanted to experiment with the chakra geometry and perhaps do a series later on. A 24 x 48 inch canvas felt like a good size to do all 7 mandalas as it allowed me to go smaller than usual with each one and really magnify detail.

The intention behind this painting was the create something that would assist a Chakra Meditation and support the Reunification of SELF. I imagine the owner of this painting would sit crossed legged, with straight back, head held high, with gaze focused on each mandala as they breathe with awareness and intention to connect with each of their chakras as their gaze moves through the painting. I believe this painting contains the healing energy that will help to balance your chakras when you meditate with it.

I felt the use of the UV paint would take our awareness into new spaces as you sit and connect with your chakras under blacklight. Day or Night. Every time you sit for Meditation will be a new experience.

The background of this painting is a metallic blue paint splattered with white acrylic to create the energy of the night sky. Everything is moving. Behind each chakra mandala I have created a vortex of energy with white acrylic and glow in the dark paint. The LIGHT will help keep these vortexes activated and they will glow with or without a blacklight in a dark room.

So, let explore the Chakras together a little. You can find so much information about Chakras online so I wont go into too much detail. They are fascinating to research. The intricate symbols for chakras in Sanskrit contains multiple images with linear meanings. I believe we have many more than 7 chakras but I do feel that these 7 main chakras are an excellent foundation for tapping into your energy system.

First Chakra – The Base or Root Chakra (Muladhara) - RED

We start at the bottom with the first chakra. Located at the base of the spine. This is our ‘foundation’. It relates to our security and our survival. Our fight or flight instincts. It houses our Kundalini energy.

‘’The first of the seven energy centers, Muladhara is also the most dense of the seven chakras. The main color of this chakra is red which is also the most dense color of all chakra colors.

Red is the slowest of all the wavelengths within the visible spectrum, yet, it is the most stimulating color.

It pulls the retina forward so all of our energy and attention is focused outward.

That's why we use red color for the stop lights and stop signs. The root chakra color commands attention. It signals danger to us. We act immediately.

Red is the color of the life force. It is the color of blood and the first color we come into contact when we are born.

Red means energy and our connection with the Earth and carries the promise of survival’’ [chakra anatomy].

The root chakra is surrounded by four red lotus petals — each representing a different element of the human psyche, which are:

Housed within the root chakra crystal is the symbol of an upside down triangle with a dualistic meaning. The most common explanation is the downward cone shape is indicative of the funneling of knowledge to the seed (the triangle’s point) out of which wisdom and spiritual awakening sprouts. From the other direction, the triangle’s sides are symbolic of the broadening of one’s consciousness.[chakras info] I also like to see these two triangles as representing the masculine and feminine aspects of our soul.

The crystal within the centre of the Root Chakra Mandala is an engraved Red Jasper.

Red Jasper is a remarkable crystal for awakening the energetic kundalini “serpent” dwelling at the base of the spine. The spiraling of this energy up through the body provides a powerful spiritual experience as it activates, clears and strengthens each of the chakras, infusing them with vital Life Force energies. [Ahsian, 215]

Red Jasper is a marvelous tool for meditation, providing a calm, harmonious energy, ideal for grounding and centering at the beginning of a ritual, and easing the transition into a meditative state. Red Jasper encourages the affirmation of nurturing the self and being embraced lovingly by Mother Earth. It facilitates the reiteration of dreams as if in a video-type mechanism, accessible during meditative states, that allows the dreamer to recall information that could be consequential for one’s life. [Margherita, 505][Melody En, 394]

Second Chakra – The Sacral Chakra (Syadisthana) - ORANGE

Just under the navel, the sacral chakra is where our emotions reside and is in turn connected to our relationships with SELF and others.

Orange - the sacral chakra color is composed of red and yellow in equal parts and it is a color of vitality and strength.

It is at the lower end of the visible light spectrum and it is also a warm color. It reminds me of the heat of the sun.

Just as the sacral chakra is located in the pelvic area, orange is the area of our gut feelings and wisdom.

Buddhists call this "hara", the centre of being through which we connect with the deepest voice of the self, the deepest stillness and wisdom.

This is where we find bliss.

Orange energy is very sensual. Living a life guided by orange color transforms even the most mundane daily experiences into pleasurable experiences.

That is not to say that orange is purely hedonistic. Orange is also associated with the gentle and positive nurturing of ourselves which moves us on our path of growth and development. [chakra anatomy]

The symbol of the sacral chakra is composed of:

A circle with six petals

A moon crescent

The circle represents the elements of water. Typically, the moon crescent is colored in silver and represents the connection of the energy of the moon with water. These symbols point to the close relationship between the phases of the moon and the fluctuations in the water and the emotions.

Furthermore, the symbolism of the moon relates to the feminine menstrual cycle that takes the same number of days to complete and the connection of the sacral chakra with sexual organs and reproduction.[chakras info]

The crystal within the centre of the sacral mandala is a Orange Aventurine. It is sometimes called the "whisper stone," as it will aid you to overcome engaging in negative internal dialogue. This stone draws good luck and affluence, and opens opportunities that are bound to bring exciting new energies into your life. It is an asset in the workplace, as it is known to heighten creativity and inspire one to finish tasks to completion.

Orange aventurine helps build healthy self esteem and self confidence, heightens personal power, provides an overall sense of well being and wellness, and guides one to find appropriate ways to deal with life’s adversities, including grief. It helps those dealing with shyness to shine. Additionally its energies balance emotions, inspire originality and independence, guide one towards healing from sexual trauma, and create stillness within the mind in preparation for meditation. Keep some on hand when selling property or conducting business, to increase self confidence and draw a better outcome.[metaphysicalityinc]

Third Chakra – The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - YELLOW

Located in our stomach area and connected to our own Self Awareness.

Yellow - the solar plexus chakra color is a primary color, composed from a single ray of light.

Yellow is the color of sunshine and it is the core of your being. It is at the solar plexus where the "I" shines from, where you feel the strength, will and personal power.

The energy of yellow is vibrant, optimistic, and full of energy. It is the color of youth, new beginnings, birth and re-birth.

At the same time, yellow is wise and knowledgeable.

Yellow connects you with knowledge and your intellect. People who are drawn to yellow are drawn to intellectual pursuits.

As you unfold the petals of solar plexus chakra, you find a fire that burns within you, that gives you power and energy to stand for yourself and to assert yourself. You find trust and inner worth. That is the healing brilliance of yellow. [chakra anatomy]

The main elements of the Solar Plexus chakra symbol are:

A circle with ten petals

A downward-pointing triangle

The inverted triangle represents the fire element and the transformative power of this energy center. Fire turns matter into energy that can be used to propel, move forward. [chakra info]

The engraved crystal in the centre of the solar plexus mandala is a Yellow Aventurine which is great for opening and balancing the Solar Plexus Chakra. Those who are oversensitive or indecisive, issues relating to an unbalanced Sacral Chakra, can also benefit from Yellow Aventurine reassuring and balancing energies.

The helpful energies of Yellow Aventurine can aid those who have problems with power and control. Working with Yellow Aventurine can help focus intentions for manifesting a sense of ease in being yourself. The golden light of Yellow Aventurine fills one with compassion and understanding, alleviating grief and centering the emotions.

Use Aventurine to reduce/absorb/protect against electromagnetic and environmental pollution. Yellow Aventurine can assist in removing toxins and enhancing the flow of energy through the body. Yellow Aventurine balances the Yin-Yang energies, eases anxiety and expands the flow of creativity.[healing crystals]

Fourth Chakra – The Heart Chakra (Anahata) - GREEN

Located in the centre of the chest, this chakra connects to Love, Kindness and Self Empowerment.

Green color is composed of yellow and blue in equal parts. Green is a color of love. It is at the very center of your being. The heart center.

Green is the energy of love and transformation. It allows you to transform your ego and the needs of your lower chakras and open up to love.

To become more loving and compassionate.

It is at the heart center where the energies of lower chakras (once the needs are fulfilled and satisfied) can be transformed and integrated into a more spiritual aspect of yourself.

This is where you reach beyond yourself and connect with something greater, wider, and deeper.

Green is the color of growth, life, and balance. Through balance you find this center from which you can love, form healthy and nourishing relationships, and give and receive love.

The energy of green is soothing and calming, like a blanket of soft grass underneath your feet. It is the color of nature, grass, and the trees.

As you unfold the petals of your heart chakra, you find the seat of compassion, not only for others, but for yourself as well. You begin to radiate love. You begin to sense the interconnectedness of all of life. [chakra anatomy]

The intersecting triangles represent the air element and its all-encompassing quality. They also symbolize the union of seemingly opposite principles or types of energies, such as male and female, spirit and matter. The star that they form evokes the harmonious joining of forces and highlights the function of the heart chakra as a center of integration and connection. [chakras info]

The crystal in the centre of the heart chakra mandala is a Green Aventurine. Green Aventurine is used in meditation as a transitional aid, bringing powerful Earth energy to our efforts in seeing the best life has to offer. It also assists in persevering through times when it seems as if nothing is happening. [Simmons, 55]

Green Aventurine also soothes emotional wounds, allowing one to recognize the issues behind illness or imbalance, depression or defeat, and to facilitate the release of unhealthy relationships, patterns and heartache. It encourages one to view hardships in life as impermanent, as an opportunity for growth in a new direction, and for taking all things in stride. It inspires a feeling of lightness, even humor, which can then stimulate a renewed sense of optimism, joy and hope. It is a reaffirming stone, especially during times of change or upheaval and can be the emotional anchor one needs to remain stable and firmly grounded. [Ahsian, 56][Simmons, 55]

Fifth Chakra – The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - BLUE

Located at the base of throat this chakra connects to our ‘expression’.

Blue - is the first of the three primary colors and it is the color of the throat chakra.

Blue connects you with the Divine and it is the color that we associate with Heaven.

Blue energy is pure, soothing, calming, and healing.

Imagine yourself lying on the grass on a beautiful sunny day, looking at the blue sky. How do you feel?

Peaceful. Serene. Content. Tranquil.

That is the power of throat chakra color.

Blue is also at the cooler end of the spectrum, where things slow down, allowing you to take time to be still.

And to listen to your own voice. To listen to the stillness within and to express what needs to be expressed.

In Buddhist philosophy, blue is the color of pure mind - the mind that is uncluttered by thought. In stillness, you can find pure mind.

Blue energy is a guiding energy, enabling you to find a sense of faith and trust.

Red, orange, yellow, and green guide your attention towards movement, activity, relationships, and things that can be observed on a material plane.

Blue moves your attention to the subtle vibrations that move through all of life.

As you unfold the petals of your throat chakra, you find the seat of creativity. You communicate with ease and clarity. You begin to express your authentic self. [chakra anatomy]

The symbol of the Throat chakra is composed of:

A circle with sixteen petals

A crescent with a circle inside of it

Sometimes, it is symbolized by a circle containing a downward-pointing triangle in which is inscribed another circle.

The crystal within the centre of the throat chakra mandala is a Lapis Lazuli. Lapis Lazuli is a crystal of truth in all aspects. It reveals inner truth, and promotes self-awareness and the acceptance of that knowledge. It provides for the relief of things that may have been suppressed and allows for them to surface, helping to diminish dis-ease or repressed anger, and allows for self-expression without holding back or compromising. [Hall, 173][Melody, 370]

Lapis Lazuli is a visionary stone, bringing information to the mind in images rather than words. It can be a catalyst for higher awareness, and often aids those with past-life connections to ancient civilizations - Atlantis, Egypt, Peru, Sumeria and India, among others. Meditating with this stone can assist in recovering memories of those Lapis Lazuli past lives, help regain lost knowledge from those civilizations, and inspire evolution in the current incarnation. [Simmons, 227][Ahsian, 228]

Sixth Chakra - The Third Eye Chakra (Anja) - INDIGO/PURPLE

Located between the eyebrows this chakra connects to our ‘intuition’.

Indigo also called Royal Blue is the third eye chakra color. It is a color of wisdom and deep inner knowing.

Indigo opens the door to the Divine and it is the color that we associate with night.

It is at night, when our senses become finer and a different part of us awakens.

Indigo brings clarity to the sense organs - your seeing, hearing and feeling. Indigo It is also connected to your sixth sense - your third eye.

Indigo is a bridge between heaven and earth, between the left and right hemispheres and also between life and death.

Indigo helps to make a transition towards life or towards death.

Indigo color energy is an energy of deep change. It allows you to transform the energies of lower chakras into higher spiritual vibrations. You must be cautious though, because you can become ungrounded and disconnected with the life on earth and with your family and friends.

As you unfold the petals of your third eye chakra, you begin to recognize patterns. You can see where you have been, where you are stuck, and where you are going.

You begin to experience those "Aha" moments. Moments of insight and clarity. You are recognizing your patterns and are able to relate everything to a larger picture and what it means.

Illusions are shattered and dreams are integrated. You begin to experience wholeness and sense of tranquility and inner knowing - wisdom.

You begin to see that you can consciously create your life. And that your vision for the future is a creative act of will.[chakra anatomy]

The image of the Third Eye chakra symbol contains two elements frequently associated with wisdom: the upside down triangle and the lotus flower. [chakra info]

The engraved crystal for the third eye chakra mandala is an Amethyst. Amethyst carries a high spiritual vibration of humility and devotion to the Divine. It is highly conducive to stilling one’s thoughts in prayer and meditation, and surrendering to that which is greater than the self. Amethyst also stimulates the higher mind to receive one’s spiritual power as a creation of the Divine being and to open to the insights, wisdom and guidance that is offered. [Ahsian, 29][Raphaell, 79][Hall, 54]

Amethyst is a stone of spiritual protection and purification, cleansing one’s energy field of negative influences and attachments, and creating a resonant shield of spiritual Light around the body. It acts as a barrier against lower energies, psychic attack, geopathic stress and unhealthy environments. It is a valuable protection for those doing psychic or intuitive work, and enhances personal environments with a healing and protective circle of Light. [Simmons, 28][Ahsian, 29][Hall, 54]

Seventh Chakra – The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)- MAGENTA/VIOLET

Located at the top of the head this chakra is our connection to the ‘Divine’.

Violet is the crown chakra color - our connection with the energy of heaven. Violet is the color of spirituality. It has the shortest wavelength and the highest vibration of the colors of the visible spectrum of light.

Violet offers and inner sense of wholeness. With wholeness comes a sense of ending, completion of a process, and a promise of something new, illumination, rebirth.

Violet connects with sadness of letting go and also with joy of transformation. There is peace and tranquility in the newfound knowledge of profound change.

Violet color is cleansing and purifying. It is the color of magic, ritual, cleansing, purifying, connecting, mystery, and mysticism.

It is a color that allows us to glimpse other realities, beyond our physical and material reality of this earthly existence. It is pure cosmic energy.

Violet is a color of reconciliation. Of bringing together polarities - male and female, day and night, hot and cold, heaven and earth, right brain and left brain.

In this state of balance, you feel the connection with other beings, with heaven, with earth, with all of Universe. There is no separation, no duality.

As you unfold the petals of your crown chakra, you find the seat of your wisdom. You assimilate knowledge and integrate it. You know and you understand. You manifest divinity.

The symbol of the Crown chakra is composed of:

A circle

A thousand petals

The crystal used for the centre of the crown chakra mandala is a lilac/lavender/violet/white Amethyst.

The Crown Chakra is our gateway to the expanded universe beyond our bodies. It controls how we think, and how we respond to the world around us. It is the fountainhead of our beliefs and the source of our spirituality. It connects us to the higher planes of existence and is the source of universal energy and truth. When the Crown is in balance, our energies are in balance. We know our place in the universe and see things as they are. We are unruffled by setbacks, knowing they are an essential part of life. Imbalances of the Crown Chakra are treated with Light Violet crystals. Their violet rays have the universal life force of magic, dreams, inspiration, and destiny.

The higher vibrational White and Lavender/White crystals are associated with the Higher Crown, Soul Star and Stellar Gateway Chakras. They are attuned to higher, more spiritually enlightened things, and embody true humility. They provide a soul connection and the highest self-illumination, as well as a cosmic doorway to other worlds. [Hall II, 366] They represent personal identification with the Infinite, and oneness with God, peace and wisdom. [Raphell, 164]

Superconscious Yantra

Posted on November 2, 2017 at 10:00 AM Comments comments (0)

Greetings Reader!

I’m thrilled to share this journey of the creation of the ‘Superconscious Yantra’ with you. It has been a 3 month TRIP that has literally changed my life. I always learn so much and receive so much healing through my paintings, but none as transformative as this, and that’s really saying something, trust me! This painting is soooooo powerful, I cannot even imagine how I am going to convey some of the insights here BUT, I am definitely going to do my very best, with the help of my higher self and my guides.

Why Superconscious Yantra? Well, while the conscious and subconscious aspects of our mind are aligned with our physical vessel, the superconscious mind is super physical, so in other words it exists at a level extending beyond time and space.

I compare humans to computers a lot, and it's not meant in a cold robotic way, it is meant in a way that expresses how complex and intelligent we are. Basically, the superconscious is just like the internet, it allows us to connect to every other computer in the world, and the people using those computers. In a nutshell, through the superconscious we are able to connect to every other mind on the planet.

Connecting to our superconscious opens up much wider doorways than just linking to other minds. It is also that aspect of our being that exists before we were born and survives our death - some also call this aspect the higher self. It is pure consciousness.

The word yantra is an ancient Indian Sankrit word that means "support" and "instrument". A Yantra is a geometric design acting as a highly efficient tool for contemplation, concentration and meditation. Yantras carry spiritual significance that activate higher levels of consciousness. It is a focusing point and an outer and inner portal.

As I had began to receive the visions for this superconscious yantra painting, I realized very quickly that this geometric pattern had been given to me a very long time ago, in fact, I was 15 years old. Allow me to elaborate….. (you may wanna grab a cuppa tea before you read on).

At 15, I had a strange experience (among several that I later uncovered) where I lost time, that freaked me out so much that I completely repressed it for many years. Then, in my early 30’s, the missing time popped up in my mind and it really started to bother me, especially because of all that I could recall was highly strange.

I remembered being in one place early evening with friends, around 6pm, and the next thing I remember is being about 3 minutes from where I last remembered, but it was 5am in the morning and none of my friends were around, and I was at least 3 miles from home, which I had to walk. I never said anything to anyone and none of my friends ever said anything to me. I was truly freaked out. I had a whole night that I could not recall a thing that happened, only the start and the end, and nothing at all in between.

As this memory started emerging, I was still not able to fill in the time, and it played on my mind more and more and more until I was literally thinking about it as I awoke and before I fell asleep every day. At this point, I started to look for a hypnotherapist who could possibly regress me back to that time and help me fill in the blanks. I have to be honest, I thought maybe I got abused or saw something terrible. I did know I needed to find out whatever it was, but nothing prepared me for what that first hypnotherapy session revealed.

Basically, it revealed that I had an ‘experience’ where I was ‘taken’. I saw the light in the sky and then I was inside of somewhere that did not feel man made. This experience was actually pretty traumatic and did not start well. I have not processed it, but I will share that it ended with a Blue Lady ‘saving’ me just at the right time. She literally picked me up with such strength and ‘took’ me to an Arcturian 5th dimensional civilization. She said that we had ‘a new earth’ and was showing me a lot of technology and geometry that I didn’t understand, and still to this day I don’t understand all of it. It has taken years for me to put together and integrate some of what she shared that first time (20 years ago now). Since that first hypnotherapy session, it has been like putting a puzzle together. Pieces are given to me sporadically, one at a time.

After the first hypnotherapy session, revealing this highly strange, scary, exciting, potentially paradigm changing and extremely elaborate story, I struggled to accept it. I dismissed it, blaming my mind and imagination for going cuckoo bat poop crazy. I couldn’t understand why I had said that whole story. I thought I’d lost my mind.

Within weeks, I sat for a reading/healing session with a friend, who knew nothing of the blue lady, but she painted her for me. All the time she was talking, I didn’t know what she was painting, until the end when she revealed her. I definitely began to entertain the existence of the blue lady and the hypnotherapy session I had. There was no way this friend could ever know about the blue lady, I’d barely shared it with my husband.

Painting below by Angel Divinity - Painting above by Genevieve McGee

Months after the blue lady painting, I began reading a new book by Graham Hancock called ‘Entangled’. It was about parallel worlds, and this space in a dimension in between, where two women would interact with a wise blue lady! It almost felt instructional as I read it. The day I finished the book, another painting of a blue women was gifted to me from a different friend who again had no idea what this blue lady meant to me. At this point, everything started to become very real for me and more and more synchronistic.

Some more time passed whilst I continued to integrate this information and began to entertain the idea of UFO’s, Galactic civilizations, higher dimensional Beings and the possibility to even more life and consciousness that I had imagined. I began to read and listen to people's ‘experiences’ and the synchronicities and congruences were beyond me being able to dismiss! I followed some kind of invisible trail that connected everything I looked at. I felt guided in my studies allot of the time. I was shown the good and the bad.

A transitional point was when I began to read Patricia Pereria’s books ‘Songs of the Arcturians’ and I began to see orbs with my naked eyes. There were 5 books in Patricia’s series, and as I read each word, I felt myself becoming activated. I felt new un-human energies reaching out to me that were not nature spirits that I had experience with.

All of this revealing happened to me in 2011, and by 2012 I was getting messages and visits from all kinds of different Beings who were operating at a higher level of consciousness, and they began to share their knowledge and healing with me.

They did a major activation with me on 11-11-12 when I went to Glastonbury Tor and made the pilgrimage to the top. For those who don’t know, Glastonbury is the heart chakra of the Earth. I felt my chest ache, stretch, expand and open as soon as we reached Stonehenge. When I reached the top of the Tor, the veil between worlds was thin and I received a download of information that brought me to my knees, literally. I was in bed for 6 weeks after that recovering as my base chakra and heart chakras were completely re-collaborated.

Above - Glastonbury Tor 11-11-12

The Blue Lady is my protector and an Ambassador of Light. I don’t know where she is from, nowhere and everywhere. I do believe she saved my life, she always has my highest good in mind, and she makes me feel like I am an important Light here on Earth with an important mission. She gives me healing codes in the form of geometric patterns, and wishes for me to share them with as many people as possible.

So, the Superconscious Yantra painting that you see here is a very powerful code that I have been carrying with me for a long time, 20 years to be exact. I feel excited to share it and to get this information out to you. This is more than just code. When the blue lady showed me this, it was lit up, 3D and you could interact with it. It is a technology that acts as a portal to higher consciousness enabling us to tap into our Superconscious, Supermind, Meta Mind, but this will not happen for everyone. This technology is only for those of good intentions and those who are ready to open their hearts to love further than they have ever done in the past. There are several realizations that must be made before this Superconscious Yantra will truly interact with your consciousness. It may be that the Superconscious Yantra will activate these realizations before it goes further with you.

These realizations are as follows:

Acceptance of your death - Realization that consciousness lives on long after the body. Birth and Death are part of the cycle of life, but you are eternal and will live on after your death.

Faith of the support you have in the unseen realms - Realization that higher dimensions are not perceived by the physical eyes.

Viewing the ego without judgement - Realization that the mind is a powerful tool. You have practiced non-attachment and are on your way to greater understanding of how to work with your mind.

Forgiveness and compassion - Realization of unconditional heart centered living.

It’s not about ME, it’s about WE - Realization that life is interconnected, I am you and you are me. Community, cooperation and collaboration is positive creative energy for manifestations greater than can be imagined alone.

No belief in loss or gain, good or bad, positive or negative - Realization that life is balance. Everything is in divine order.

Acceptance of your Divinity - Realization of the Divine in you that resides within all living Beings.

As always my paintings activate healing within us, maybe even me most of all? Working on this piece took months and months and months of focus. I do believe it’s taken me to another level completely, but only after it took me for a long journey. When I got a few weeks into the painting, my body began to give out. I have some back issues, and holding the painting positions for so many hours every day, was really taking a toll on my body. I started to receive messages about getting stronger and more flexible.

In sync, at this time a friend had mentioned doing yoga, and immediately I thought about the yoga studio around the corner from me that I had looked at when I first moved to the house I am in. I knew it was time to start making my body stronger because the messages that were coming through were something like, ‘’You can make it through this painting in pain. You can make it through the next painting in pain, but you are training your body to do this, you are training your body to be in these rigid positions. If you want to paint for the rest of your life, and stay on this journey, you need to do yoga’’. Yeah, it was intense and pretty clear that my painting career kinda depended on this choice. I also kept receiving a vision I had seen when I saw someone in a past life, she was hand weaving rugs and blankets, bent over, crunched down most of her life. When she got old, her body basically stayed in that shape, her back completely hunched, she couldn't move her neck and her hands were ridged with arthritis. She was in a lot of pain and brought it into her next life. I did not want to do this to myself.

I’ve worked on my mind and spirit for many years now. Pain in my body was the reason I began this journey. When I did plant medicine in 2015, I saw that I was ready to move beyond the pain and was ready to create a new alignment with my mind, body and spirit.

So, for the last two years leading up to yoga, I have made lots of small adjustments that have added up. I worked on nourishing my body with mainly a raw food diet, cutting out chemicals in my kitchen and the rest of my home, and creating new healthier habits of what goes into my body. I made this choice over and over again purely out of love, respect and gratitude for the body I have.

Yoga seemed like a logical next step for a person who wants mind, body and soul alignment. So, my buddy and I began our Yogi journey together at the studio down the road from my house……

The studio that I do yoga in offers a range of different styles of yoga, so I began with Arieal yoga and a standard beginner yoga. I have since then done slow flow vinyasa and restorative. I started to notice my energy more as I began getting used to the names of the poses and not having to look up at the poses as much. I really was then able to focus on my breath, being in a meditative state, and able to observe my energy with greater ease. I began to observe, feel and experience that every yoga pose was tapping into certain points of my energy field, and with that I saw the geometry of it! I kept feeling loads of triangles. At first, I put that down to the painting I was doing. Seeing triangles everywhere anyway.

My 3rd arieal yoga class was pretty amazing. I believe I experienced Ananda (bliss). There I was, hanging upside down, one leg wrapped around my swing and the other down and pulled behind my back with both of my hands. I could really feel my chest expanding and my back in pain, it was uncomfortable but I made the choice to let go, and I really went into meditative mindset and focussed on my breathing until I began to sense and feel the subtle energy around me pulling at different places in my energy field. I could feel the energy from the top of my foot that was wrapped around the swing, to the energy of the foot that was bent behind me, was connected and because I was in this position I was creating a right angle triangle. I could feel the pull of energy at each tip of the triangle gently suspending me. As I let go more, I felt the weight of my body leave me and could only feel the pull of the triangle. My eyes were closed but my inner eye revealed me as this triangle just floating around in space, weightless and carried/supported by an unseen current.

At this point, I’m like, Ok, there has to be something to do with the triangles and yoga. I know we all have a Merkaba and I wondered if this was what I was sensing! So, I began to do a little research…..

‘’There is a certain geometry to the physical existence and to the energy existence. Everything in the universe, from the atomic to the cosmic, works the way it does because of geometric perfection. One of the most fundamental and the most stable forms in geometry is a triangle. In the human energy system, there are two equilateral triangles – an upward-pointing one below, and a downward-pointing one above. Normally, these two triangles meet just above the anahata. To work with your mind and imagination, it is important to adjust the alignment of the two triangles at least to some extent. The ideal alignment would be that the upward-pointing and the downward-pointing triangles intersect to such an extent that they form a perfect six-pointed star with six equilateral triangles on the outside.

With the necessary alignment, you will be able to exercise your imagination in such a way that you can manifest what you want outside of you. To enhance the power of your imagination, you need to lift the upward-pointing triangle, which in terms of the geometry of the body is the foundation, to such an extent that it includes the vishuddhi, which is the basis of your imagination. There is sadhana to move it up and hold it there, all the time’’. - Sadhguru

All of the poses that we can achieve in Yoga go way beyond just the physical. Every posture has been organised according the Sacred Geometry which exist within our Universe and ourselves, bringing with it alignment inside and outside of the posture.

Truly being able to feel and perceive the geometry in myself is giving me a much better understanding of how to work with others in my Reiki healing sessions, activating my healing abilities even more. Learning how to turn squares of energy into triangles, triangles into pyramids, and pyramids into power stations, and power stations into invitations to a higher vibrational frequency of resonance. As if my life wasn’t already full of geometry! It’s literally everywhere now and in everything I am doing.

I feel true alignment taking place within my mind, body and spirit as a result of connecting to this superconscious yantra technology.

“The number three is signified in the yantra system by the shape of a triangle. The three points forming the angles of the triangle stand for any number of trinities, such as beginning, middle, and end; subject, object, and means of knowing; Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva; past, present, and future; earth, sky, and heaven; or doer, action, and means of performing action.

Among the most important of the yogic trinities are the three gunas—the three qualities or “strands” out of which the universe is woven and which permeate every aspect of manifest reality. They have the Sanskrit names sattva (light), rajas (motion), and tamas (darkness), and they interact with one another to create endless permutations which are the limitless forms of matter and mind. For example, the human personality consists of a body (the tamasic element of the personality), internal energies (the rajasic element of the personality), and a mind (the sattvic element of the personality), while temporary states of mind can be tamasic (slothful, lazy), rajasic (full of desire and agitation), or sattvic (poised, tranquil, balanced). And so it is with everything.

The power of creation whose nature embodies these three qualities is termed Shakti (power, energy). Her consort, pure consciousness, is called Shiva (auspicious, benevolent). But Shiva and Shakti are inherently one, like fire and light. Their relationship is sometimes symbolized by placing a point (Shiva) within a triangle (Shakti). It is the union of these two principles that permeates all of creation in the form of a deep and lasting joy.

Triangles that point downward represent divine grace. They also represent soma, food for the fires of life. Triangles may point upward or downward. Those pointing upward indicate rising energy and upward movement in the human body. They represent aspiration and effort. They also represent fire because they resemble the ascending shapes of flames. Triangles that point downward represent divine grace. They also represent soma, food for the fires of life. At the heart center, these triangles coalesce in the form of two interlaced triangles, the upward-facing triangle related to Shiva, and the downward-pointing triangle of Shakti (filled with benevolent grace)”. - Yoga International

Every shape in this painting emits a very specific frequency and energy pattern. The dots are an intense localized concentration of energy. They radiate their energy out into other forms.

The process of RESONANCE is established by mental focus on the Superconscious Yantra painting. The owner of this Superconscious Yantra painting will need to do the following to activate resonance:

Sit for meditation, crossed legged in front of your painting, with eyes open.

When you sit for meditation cross-legged, you can see triangular shapes in your own body. The two knees and the base of the spine create a triangular base, and the whole body forms an upward-pointing triangle as well.

Visualize your spine as a central axis, balanced from bottom to top.

Put both of your hands in prayer position and hold in front of your heart centre.

Begin to relax your gaze and stare into the Superconscious Yantra.

Move into deep diaphragmatic breaths (pushing your abdomen out with the in-breath and pulling the abdomen into the base of your spine on the out-breath).

Relax your body, and let your breath cleanse and then nourish you as it flows in and out.

Maintaining your gaze on the painting.

Sit in this meditative state for at least 15-30 minutes

NOTE: Try this for 7 consecutive days for best results and then as often as needed afterwards. You are encouraged to also activate resonance under black light as well, as it will shift the energy significantly allowing for easier access to Superconsciousness.

When your mind, body and spirit alignment takes place, you will discover and live your divine life purpose. While physical alignment will support our body, aligning our mind with our heart is the key. How can we tell when our mind and heart are not in alignment? We will feel it as resistance physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and/or energetically.

Resistance is the gap between what our mind thinks and what our heart knows. The bigger the gap means the more out of alignment the mind is with the heart, and the more resistance there is. Resistance can show up as sabotaging behaviors like procrastination, non-action, laziness or restlessness. It can show up emotionally, or mentally as irritability, frustration, boredom, doubt, fear, confusion or uncertainty. When resistance shows up in our spiritual body, we feel stuck, held back, or the Universe puts up roadblocks by closing doors on us. In whichever way the resistance shows up, it always influences the physical body.

As you begin to build your connection to your superconscious mind, you will learn that it holds the blueprint for all that we have set out to achieve in our current lifetime. The superconscious is also our pathway to knowledge about all our past incarnations, as well as probable future incarnations.

By becoming superconscious, we can gain insight into aspects of ourselves that we need to develop to become more balanced and effective in our lives. We begin to find ourselves making adjustments in the ways you think, feel and behave knowing that in doing so we can create a much more positive future for ourselves and others.

The superconscious mind encompasses a level of awareness that sees both material reality and also the energy and consciousness behind that reality.

As we go deeper with our meditation and experience a deepening peace, calmness, divine love, and even bliss, then we are experiencing deeper levels of the superconscious. The superconscious is where true creativity is found. The superconscious is where ideas for truly great works of art, music, prose, poetry, great scientific discoveries, and deep spiritual experiences are found.

Paramhansa Yogananda said that, “Thoughts are universally, not individually, rooted.” This means that as we elevate our consciousness and access the superconscious, we are accessing the thoughts that live on that level of consciousness. These thoughts don’t belong to us, but are universally available to those who live more on that level of consciousness.

There are superconscious dreams that you may begin to experience after resonance has taken place, these dreams will have an uplifting and life-changing effect on you, and will feel quite different from the usual dreams you may have.

When you are superconscious, a mind, body and spirit alignment takes place. You are a multi-dimensional Being. You are so much more than just a physical being. Aspects of You actually exist in ten different dimensions (dimensions 3 to 10 can be accessed through your Subconscious Yantra painting).

You have your physical body, which exists in the 3rd dimension, your mind exists in the 4th dimension, and your spirit exists in the 5th dimension and beyond. There is a communication loop between these three aspects.

You will feel a very strong connection to this painting, if it is meant for you. This painting is infused with knowledge and healing that is not limited to being a one time experience. It will continue working with you as long as you have it. It will act as a portal for the healing energies you need to come through, so I encourage you to connect with it often.

As you connect and build resonance, you are activated to shift vibration to a higher octave than before. This vibration is strengthened by the healing energies that are energetically woven into this painting.

The combination of the black light and the painting allows you to shift into the ultraviolet energy frequency. Under the influence of these rays, everything takes on a different dimension. It creates a very magical healing environment. I definitely feel an extreme balancing aspect to the black light paintings that I create. They have a day/night energy. Yin/Yang. Masculine/feminine. left-brain and right-brain functions.

The Bee Kingdom asks: ‘’What are you teaching? What are you learning?”

100,000 compound eyes, 200,000 wings and 300,000 legs. A thriving colony of honey bees consists of up to 50,000 “citizens” in a single beehive. This may seem like chaos but it is infact a well-organised and divinely orchestrated superorganism. Every single bee, whether queen, drone or worker, are working collectively for the same goal: ensuring the survival of the colony and its future generations.

Many of us find ourselves acting like beekeepers more than worker bees. As a society we have an inherent cultural problem with working as a team. The bees share that the secret to effectively work together is finding a middle ground.

Our cultural worldview is one of separation and achieving success individually. It isn’t always easy for people to shift from this mindset but it is time for all of us to do so. The good news is that when you embrace the healing power and beauty within community, you will see how much more you thrive, you are stronger, supported, and connected.

Go to networking events, speak to people in your field and see who's passionate. Listen to who is talking about topics you're interested in. Look for people who share the same interests and goals. Be curious and genuinely interested in others. Listen attentively to what others say, even if you disagree. Be the friend you’d like to have.

Pursue your dreams with incredible focus

The Bee Kingdom asks: ‘’What are your dreams?’’.

Does your mind feel like it has a huge swarm of bees flying around in there? Do you have thousands of ideas and dreams buzzing around? Are there conflicting thoughts and impulses pulling you in different directions?

All the great people who have made their dreams happen in this world will tell you that they didn’t do it alone. And, remember that helping others to achieve their dreams also helps you to achieve yours. That is why it is important to surround ourselves with those of like-mind, common goals and similar dreams just as the bees do.

Surround yourself with people who have desire and ambition to match your own who can come together for a bigger picture.

By each person building their version of heaven on earth, it adds to the collective and ripples out. It helps others who are also building their dreams.

Think about our bee friends. They have amazing focus on their dream of maintaining their hive. They break down the jobs that need doing and each bee gets to work to make the collective dream come true!

Perhaps us humans could join together to share the common dream of creating heaven on earth? The bees do it! Why not us?

If each person placed incredible focus on their own individual dream and started doing something to fertilize these plans everyday we really could make all of our aspirations come true and we would start seeing heaven appearing on Earth.
